The Knuffle Manor Studio has joined up with the fine Folks at First Book to celebrate another Friendiversary, where every 2nd grader in participating Title 1 schools in New Orleans, Springfield MA, and Holyoke MA will walk home with their very own First Book edition of an Elephant and Piggie adventure.


This expanding project is something the we've been doing for 6 years (3 with First Book) as a response to seeing the statistics about how many homes are without books in the country and how important those books are for future success in life.

This year, you can help.  Contact First Book at this link, make a donation and they'll supply a near-by title 1 school class room with books and activities and posters for every 2nd grader to read and share.


This year's Friendiversary events kick off on February 26th, with an appearance and reading by me at a local Holyoke school, so there's more info that will be coming in the next few weeks.
