There are many Hitler play a game joke clips at YouTube, they are not real it just for fun and laughing.
Some people have done many Hitler jokes for most popular games but i did not found for any Truck game or SAW. After playing "SAW The Video Game" i did got a idea to make a joke in the last part of the game the cage and pighead can be used to make a Hitler (Führer) capture Fegelein joke.
