I did tested the Scania Truck Driving Simulator Demo, it's available at official site: http://www.scaniadrivergame.com/ The game need activation and serial but it can also be played offline in Demo mod with some limitation. I will buy the full game soon. The game have not any setting for player to select Directx or OpenGL as previous games had In main menu setting. (Update to run the game in OpenGL mode -rdevice gl must be in game short-cut target exe line or use the opengl short cut in start menu under Troubleshooting). I recommend using OpenGL mode because it looks and works much better and faster then Directx.
I did run the game at high setting and very high resolution it run fine i did not noticed any lag or shuttering only when the mirrors are on. The game have Replay Tv camera after you complete a challenge you can rewind and watch your performance. The game has many Videos and gallery's in main menu too. "Notice you can view other peoples replays in the challenge Tv camera the green > play button. This is useful to see other people driving or if you want know and learn how to complete a challenge fast". The game have many Videos and gallery's in main menu too.
One of the new things this game has is online leaderbord, it give the player possibility to compete and see other people's driving performances over the Internet all sorted after position and name and countries, etc. You can replay any challenge again to make shortest time and beat other people.
I'm very surprised the Scania truck sound is very great and driving handling it feel just like a real Scania truck. This is the first time Scs software have made a proper game with good gameplay elements and good truck handling. Scania truck manufacture must have help them a lot when they made this game, Scania CV AB had some cooperation With Scs Software.. I give this game 3 of 5 medal Excellent.
One of the new camera angels that i like is the left shoulder hand window camera "2" key when you reverse and drive backward it's a must and very useful just like reality also you can use mouse to look into the window view camera too. Here is a pic of window left shoulder camera:
The game have a good PDF manual included it's around 19 page.

My favorite game mode is "Dangerous Drives" you face realistic scenarios requiring extreme caution and skill mountain roads, bad weather, forces of nature blocking the way. I have no steering wheel to test in the game but i know all Scs truck games are optimized and best played with a steering wheel.

The Disadvantage -- No Collision damage physic of truck body only it has crash sound
- No CB Radios 10-4
- No Directx 11 support it only have Directx 9
- No setting for player to change game time or day and night cycles and weather
- No refueling or need of gasoline in free-roam
- No reset or emergency help if the truck is stuck some where
Update:
I found out way the game had messed up graphic. It was the HDR light setting that caused that. By turning off the HDR light it will look much better and clear graphic. Option > Display > High Dynamic Range (HDR)
