I have been maintaining forums on the Internet for many years now, it was lot much better in the old days before,  the internet is becoming a dangerous lawless place, have not time anymore to deal with this spam problems .  We have got a lot of spam & spammer problem at our forum lately.
I found out some of the spammers using automatic programs that automatically try to register to a large number of forums, it is hard to get ride of spammers. Even we ban them they register again.
Spammer post fake ads or other bad junk they only cause problem for us. I have not time to deal with so many spammers at our forum (banning and removing so many spam topics). We need hire more moderators that can deal with this spam problems. If anyone want become moderator at our forum PM me admin. The only solution at this moment is to have more moderators that can fight the spammers.

To get around the problem with spam and spammers:
- Forum registration need to enter a valid e-mail address before your account is activated. Member will receive an e-mail at the address you provide that contains an account activation link.
- Password has been set to more complex must be at least 6 characters long, it's best it contain letters in mixed case and numbers.
- Password complexity: Must be mixed case means that you use both small and big capital letters like small "a" and big "A"
- To prevent automated registrations and fight spammers the board requires you to enter a confirmation code printed on a pic- Login attempts have been lowered limited  to fight spammers- Spam anti-countermeasure and CAPTCHA plugins is already installed against spam but it do not help on all front
- To get ride of the spam and spammers automated registration confirmation of registration (are you human) answer is: yes
